Natalie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. She has completed two Bachelor's degrees-in Health and Exercise Science and in Nutrition. In addition, she is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.


Natalie currently does medical reviews for Healthline Media, Greatist and Medical News Today, as well as the Simple Intermittent Fasting App. She is also a corporate wellness dietitian for Crossover Health at the Apple, Inc. campus in Austin, Texas. 


Natalie is able to look at the big picture of health and provide evidence-based recommendations on diet and exercise. She utilizes a functional, whole foods based approach to help identify and fill nutritional gaps, and encourage healing the body from the inside out. Natalie helps her clients create and sustain healthy habits and balance, while providing a non-judgmental and supportive approach.
