

ABOUT NATALIE
Natalie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. She has a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and has completed two Bachelor's degrees-in Health and Exercise Science and in Nutrition.
Natalie has worked with Healthline Media, Greatist, Medical News Today and Simple Intermittent Fasting App. She currently writes nutrition articles for WellnessVerge and is a corporate wellness dietitian for Crossover Health.
Natalie is able to look at the big picture of health and provide evidence-based recommendations on diet and exercise. She utilizes a functional, whole foods based approach to help identify and fill nutritional gaps, and encourage healing the body from the inside out. Natalie helps her clients create and sustain healthy habits and balance, while providing a non-judgmental and supportive approach.
